About

Seeking to become more in-tune with her body, Suzanne began practicing Tai Chi, Kung Fu, & Qigong in 2008 and fell in love with these powerful practices, especially diving into the principles and gaining a better understanding of her body.


 Suzanne has studied in person with Lee Holden, Ken Cohen, Daisy Lee, Anthony Pasquale, instructors of The Universal Tao including Grandmaster Mantak Chia, and more. She's studied 5 Element theory with Chris Bouguyon, Nini Melvin, and more. 

Suzanne studies and practices tai chi extensively with her most extensive tai chi training being with Master Paul Mahoney in the lineage of Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming. In 2016, she began teaching qigong & Yang style tai chi and continues to train regularly. Suzanne is an initiated Shamanic Practitioner in the Unani tradition, Reiki Okuden, licensed holistic lifestyle coach, and author of The Optimal Health Cookbook: Your Guide to Real Food Made Easy.


Suzanne combines her martial arts training, fitness training, holistic health coaching, and intuition to guide her students and clients to improved awareness, movement skills, well-being, and self-mastery.
