I am a graduate of the multi-year Ken Cohen's qigong teacher-training program and a Certified Full Instructor in the Universal Healing Tao qigong system of Mantak Chia. I am a Yoga-Alliance certified yoga instructor (ERYT 200 RYT 500, YACEP). I also have a Ph.D. in philosophy.
