Sarah Lantier -  Creator of AMOUPHOUS, Healing Arts of the Heart

I am a practitioner of Qigong, certified in two inspiring and practical forms by globally recognized, Francesco Garri Garripoli of CommunityAwake and a dedicated student of his signature work, Heart Resonance and Qi Effect. 

As a trained Vocalist and Artist of Sound Healing, I honor the sound of the human voice as an instrument that reflects our uniqueness and sacredness. The vibrational expression of our emotional state.  What eyes are to the soul, voice is to the Heart… An expression of who we are in the moment.  The voice, what we voice, what we choose to not voice, the quality of voice and the words we choose offers subtle clues to our state of health, well-being and connection with Source.  Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are also part of my repertoire and while intuitively self taught, I completed Advanced Practitioner Training with SoundShifting, a deep dive into the healing art of Sound.  One must experience the pure tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to appreciate deep relaxation, healing and transformation, the voice of consciousness.  

Through the energy of sound and movement, I create intuitive, Heart-centered and transformational experiences that reduce stress, promote inner peace and reconnects individuals with their true nature as well as their inner-teacher. How often do we look outside ourselves for peace, joy and solutions? When peace, freedom and joy are inside awaiting discovery.

My portfolio of offerings empowers individuals on a path of personal growth by healing and harmonizing the body, mind & spirit.  Additionally, I support like-hearted practitioners as they explore the depths of their inner wisdom, spiritual nature and finely tune their voice.
