Maxine Forster Guenther

Classes in Lincroft, NJ (Monmouth County) include two 9 week series each Fall, Winter, and Spring.  Maxine also taught at the Cancer Support Community and at Brookdale Community College.  She trained with Dr. Roger Jahnke and is a Certified Instructor of Integral Qigong as well as a member of IIQTC since 2003.  She has also had the honor of studying with Chung Liang Al Huang and many other amazing teachers.  In addition Maxine brings the experience of practice and teaching from 25 years as a certified practitioner of Trager Psychophysical Integration (www.tragerus.org) a bodywork form of movement re-education.  She continues to invite fine teachers to the area, so that students may benefit from day long workshops and many styles of teaching.  For more info please visit her website at   www.qigongforgoodhealth.org
