My journey with Qigong began eight years ago when I was introduced to the practice by my partner, sparking a profound transformation in my life. Since then, I have empowered myself through energy work, becoming a Certified YOQI® Instructor, Reiki Practitioner (Level 2), Crystal Energy Guide, and Oracle Card Master Reader. I am deeply connected to nature and a member of the ecstatic dance community. I am passionate about fostering compassion, joy, and connection in all I do. My uplifting spirit infuses every practice with warmth, laughter, and light, leaving a positive impact on everyone I meet.
