Please select your preferred seating style for your presentation. Please note that chairs cannot be moved during the session, as it can cause logistical challenges. Regardless of the seating style, chairs will be spaced out to allow for movement.

Auditorium Seating: Traditional seating style where all chairs face the front toward the speaker, typical of a lecture-style presentation.

Central Seating: Seating arranged in a circular or semi-circular pattern around the speaker, creating a more interactive and immersive experience for the audience.

No Preference: I am flexible with either seating arrangement.

Presenter Agreement Form

I acknowledge my agreement to conduct a workshop at the National Qigong Association conference, scheduled from Thursday, September 25, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025, at the John Marshall Ballrooms in Richmond, VA. Additionally, I understand that there will be a networking/social event on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Maymont Gardens, which will kick off the conference. Attendance at this event is optional but highly encouraged. Presentations will begin on Thursday.

I also give authorization to the National Qigong Association (NQA) or its designee to use my name, lecture notes, lecture abstracts, video and/or audio recordings of my presentation in educational materials, publications, websites, or advertising associated with this or future conferences.

If chosen, I agree to present a workshop at the National Qigong Association (NQA) Conference Thursday, September 25, 2025 - Friday, September 26, 2025, under the terms and conditions as noted above. The NQA reserves the right to schedule all speakers and presentations or make any changes or cancellations as needed to the conference program.
